Fruit Dip
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
12 ounces of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of finely chopped black walnuts
Blend the three cheese until smooth.
Stir in the walnuts.
Serve with fresh fruit.
