Starving-Student Mushroom Broccoli Salad

The Salad:
1 large bunch of broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 pound of your fresh sliced cremini mushrooms

The Dressing:
1 cup of olive oil
2./3 of a cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt to taste

Mix the vegetables in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing in a bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Allow the salad to set for 2 hours.
