Your Practice of Meditation

In your practice of meditation the comparing of good and bad is deluded thinking. It's interference.

As long as you're immersed in wandering thoughts you'll not enter the proper conditions for practice.

Don't concern yourself with anything going on around you. Don't concern yourself with anything going on within you.

Focus on your point of centering and don't make external or internal judgments or comparisons.

This will guide your practice and it will become effective.
