Starving-Student Roll-Up Snacks






8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
1/3 cup of your favorite salsa
12 flour taco-size tortillas






Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.

Add the taco seasoning and the salsa and mix well.

Spread each tortilla with the mixture. Roll the tortillas tightly.

Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a covered airtight container.

Chill for at least 2 hours.

Slice each roll into 1-inch slices forming a pinwheel.

Arrange the rolls on a platter and serve with your favorite Mexican beverage.
