Starving-Student Garlic-Mushrooms


2 tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil
2 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 pound of your favorite mushrooms, remove the stems if they are tough
2 tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic.

Cook the garlic over medium-low heat for 4 to 6 minutes. Do not allow the garlic to burn.

Add the mushrooms and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the tamari and serve immediately.
