Mung Bean Sprout Salad


2/3 pound of mung bean sprouts
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of water
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
½ knob of ginger root, grated
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Clean the mung beans sprouts.

Add the salt to the water and bring to the boil. Scald the sprouts in the water. Drain.

Mix the scaled sprouts with sesame oil and the grated ginger. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Add more salt if desired.

Serve.
